Tanja has such a unique style. She knows how to use her white space and draw the recipients’ eyes to the focus of their cards. You’ll see what I mean as we do a review of all the projects she created with us:

I am a stay at home Mother of two boys. I have been a stamper since 2003 when I was invited to join a neighborhood card swap. I am an avid bird watcher and I also love photography. My favorite thing about stamping is the friendships I have made along the way!

March is going to be an awesome month – with spring just around the corner (really!), the Design Team will be bringing you lots of inspiration! We also have two guest designers joining us this month and they’ll be joining us in our March release with sneak previews in less than a week away!

Our first guest that I’m introducing comes to us all the way from Germany! She’s sure got spunk and I love her simple and humorous style. You’ll see exactly what I mean in the coming month when you see her projects for Your Next Stamp.  Please help me in welcoming Tanja Kewel-Neef:

Blog: Stamp Playground (Stempel Spielplatz)

Hi everyone, Tanja here!

I live in Germany somewhere between Hanover and Hamburg. Together with my hubby and our two kids.

I’ve been a paper crafter since I don’t  know when. I did this and that. The first time I held my first rubberstamp in my hand, I found my real passion. My main occupation isn’t very creative. But I searched and found satisfaction in paper crafting.

I love to make cards. Mostly my style is clean and simple. I LOVE monster stamps!!!! I can’t get enough of them. I buy every monster stamp I see. When I would like to make a card and it doesn’t work, my day is done and I’m angry!!! A little bit 🙂
Almost all of my cards get a black-line border. Without this border they are not complete (in my opinion).

I’m glad to be a part of the crafty community. It means a lot to me and I’m very happy that I get to have fun every day. To learn more about me, please go visit my blog.

I love, LOVE this fun card from Tanja! She sure wasn’t kidding when she said she loved monsters. Just had to prove her point with making a monster card as her introductory project.

To see more from Tanja, please head on over to her blog.

Enjoy your Sunday!

Welcome February Guest Designer Tara Godfrey

Hello! We hope that you are enjoying your week so far. I am excited to introduce you to our February Guest Designer:

Blog: Inking on the Edge

Hi, I’m Tara (Tar-ah). I live in Ontario, Canada about a 45 minute drive from Toronto. I’m married to a great guy, Chris, and we have two awesome kids, Hannah and Kieran and two cute cats, Liam and Kato! I work full-time outside the home as an American Sign Language/English interpreter for the Canadian Hearing Society, a large non-profit organization.

I started out scrapbooking shortly after my son was born…about 13 years ago. Several years later, I stumbled across cute stamped images that could be coloured  with Copic markers…I was totally hooked!!! Soon after that, I started a blog, Inking on the Edge, and became involved in the on-line paper-crafting community and I’ve been very fortunate to have had the opportunity to design and teach for several local scrapbooking stores, popular stamp companies and challenge blogs! I LOVE the layered/embellished look usually with the addition of a “cute” stamped image. I spend all my free time getting inky, colouring up those cute stamped images with my Copics and die-cutting until my hearts content.

For Tara’s card, she used Gumdrops, Open Scallop Die and the Smiley Happy Critter Crew Three which also happens to be our current Throwback Thursday set.

Hi, everybody! My name is Suzanne Bier. I live in northern Virginia with my dear husband and our sweet (and spoiled) dachshund. I’ve been stamping and coloring with Copics for more than four years, but have been crafting for as long as I can remember! Although most of my projects are cards, I love working in techniques from other crafts into my creations! I’m so excited to be guest designing this month for Your Next Stamp, and I’m looking forward to sharing my cards with all of you! I’d love it if you’d visit me at my blog to say hello!
