Happy Wednesday!
It’s time for YNS Challenge #23! YIPPEE! The lovely and very talented Kerri is our hostess and she has asked us to use bright summer colors on our cards and/or creations!
Before you even look at my card you need to know that I had a dream that I stamped the Big Tall Grass with multi colors so I thought why not have some fun with this challenge and just go for it! LOL and yes, I eat, live, and sleep YNS and I love every moment of it! :o)
I got out all my bright inks, the Big Tall Grass stamp set and the Mixed Greetings set and this is what happened…
I had a moment after making this card…I said to myself…hmmm can I really post this? The little purple buggy didn’t even make it onto the stem of grass, he seems to be jumping for joy??? and these are some crazy colors for grass…in the end the more I thought about and the more I looked at it I thought this is actually kind of fun and who cares if it’s not perfect! That is the great thing about stamping, the bug doesn’t have to be in the perfect place so I put my ‘perfection hat’ aside and decided that YES I can post this bright and fun summery card :o))) I hope you like it!

I was checking out the new challenge on yns and saw your card and had to come over and tell you how much I LOVE it. Oh man I am wishing I had this stamp set just so I could make this exact card, lol. Great job, and great dream, lol.

I LOVE this image and the bugs and butterflies are just perfect. Doesn’t matter where they landed, they made great add ons here. I am glad you posted it :o)
