I’m thrilled to be a guest designer at Your Next Stamp. A little known fact about me is that I was born in Canada…a very small town near Alaska! I’m thrilled to be able to support a Canadian stamp company! I love the fun and whimsical stamps created by YNS…they just make me happy!

Hi all, my name is Quan, my friends call me Scarlet. I come from a small town in Southern China, right now I live in Australia with my supportive family. I am a registered nurse by day and a card maker by night (after my 1.5-year-old son has gone to bed). I discovered paper crafting after making table cards for my own wedding in 2013. Since then it has become my biggest hobby. It is the best way for me to de-stress after a long day at work. I don’t have a particular style since I am always up for trying new things. I am so honoured to be a guest designer for YNS this month and thankful to the YNS team for giving me this opportunity.
We also have a couple of returning faces and a new one joining us for the new release…Kate Dykstra, Alicia Havranek, and Sherri Crawford!

My favorite holiday is Christmas! Probably not for the reason that most people would think of. My brother was killed in a car wreck on December 20th 19 94 and in memory of him my mom hangs a small red felt stocking on the Christmas tree every year. I miss you little brother!
Omg! I just love all these stamp sets. So, so cute and full of fun. My favorite holiday tradition is getting together with family and friends and spending the holidays together laughing and reminiscing of Christmases past. Although this year will be a sad one for me because of the loss of my mother. Thank you and good luck to all.
