Are you a fan of inked backgrounds? If you are like me, then you answered YES!!! Today, Noga Shefer is sharing directions to create an inked background reminiscent of a nighttime sky.

Create the scalloped panel using white cardstock, which is inked with peacock feathers distress oxide.

Using a brush, add splatters of water.

Ink the edges of the panel with black soot distress oxide.

Using a brush, add splatters of black acrylic paint.

Die cut clouds from vellum using the Puffy Cloud Panel Die and Puffy Cloud Die Set.

Glue clouds down on to panel. Glue panel on to black card base.

Color, then die cut out the cat and glue it down on the panel.
