Hi all … Jenny here 🙂 Hope your week is off to a great start!!!

Most of you have probably seen my style, Clean and Simple.
Today I would like to share with you some CAS cards.

These cards you can make in 5 simple steps!

On this card I used the adorable Mini Yippee Fhiona and sentiment from Yippie Fhiona.

Just incase you want to make a card similar to this, I will write these simple instructions so you can see how fast you can make this card in 5 steps! These mini YNS stamps are perfect for quick cards!

1. Make card from cardstock. 3″ x 3″
2. Cut 2″ x 2.25″ piece of cardstock for your background; adhere to cardstock.
3. Stamp YNS Mini image of your choice and sun; color, trim and adhere.
4. Die-cut grass and adhere with foam dimensional tape.
5. Stamp sentiment.

Easy peasy! And in a snap; great for a quick card!

Heres another you can do in less than 5 steps too!!

On this card I used the super cute Mini Flying High Fhiona and Flying High Accessories.

Don’t you just LOVE cards you can make quick when you need one fast and dont have time to spend an hour or more on one? I know for me it comes in handy. Thats why I love CAS design. And thats why I LOVE Your Next Stamp Mini’s. Be sure to check the full line HERE.

New Design Team…

Yesterday we bid a fond farewell to our wonderful DT members, Linda and Sylvia, and also announced that the rest of the current DT are staying for another term! YAY!

Today I have the pleasure of introducing 2 wonderful ladies who are going to join our YNS Design Team for the new DT term beginning March 1st!  Please join me in giving a warm YNS welcome to Diana and Dana…

Diana Genario

My name is Diana and I currently live in Missouri. I’m originally from New York so I’m a true City Girl turned Country Girl. I live with my true love Kelly and our 3 babies (kitty babies that is). I have been scrapbooking for over 8 years, and just about 2 years ago, I discovered my love for card making and stamping. I love coloring and creating. I do work a full time job, but evenings and weekends my crafty side emerges, and the rest is history. I’m so very excited about being on the YNS DT and honored to work with all of the talented ladies here.

Dana Joy

Hi, I’m Dana and I have been stamping for over 12 years and enjoy every minute of it. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for almost 18 years and I’m the proud mom of two wonderful children (ages 20 and 15). I started stamping after attending a home party for Stampin Up and I haven’t stopped since. I love all kinds of challenges and love searching the internet for exciting new techniques. Right now I’m ga-ga over Copic Markers but I still enjoy using chalks, glitter, watercolors and other mediums. I can’t wait to get started on the DT.

Welcome ladies – we are super excited to have you join us!

So our full Design Team line up from March 1st will be:

SENIOR DESIGN TEAM
Karen Dedman – Owner
Simonne Clay – DT Coordinator
Maureen Wong – Special Projects Coordinator
Kerri Michaud – Special Projects Assistant Coordinator

DESIGNERS
Crystal Irwin – Assistant DT Coordinator

Be Happy – Etsy Inspired

Hi everybody! It’s Maureen here and I wanted to share a card I made for the Etsy Inspired Challenge, sponsored by YNS! I had so much fun looking through all the Claylicious creations and knew right away that I had to take inspiration from one of the fun plates. I picked this cute Be Happy plate:

You can see that I did a pretty literal take on it using Asha from India:

Hope your day is delicious!

Well just a few days ago I couldn’t see out my office window because of a major snow storm and today it’s raining! This winter has been crazy! I want to go back to LA where it was warm and sunny!!! For those of you who live in a warm climate please take a moment and stand out in the sun for me…it took me 5 minutes to get a slight sunburn on my face in LA so don’t stand there too long *grin*

The cold weather and Valentines Day inspired this card I made a few weeks ago. I used the fun new stamp set called Hope Your Day is Delicious YUMMY!!! All the new Chocolate and Love stamps designed by Heather R. are great for cards and scrapbooking all year round, I just love how versatile these images are.

Here is my card for today…

I hope your day is full of happiness and love!

Happy Stamping!
