Today is Svetlana Pavlova’s second post for the month. She is sharing a little magic in the form of 2 cards featuring the So Mush Fun stamp set.

Hello everybody! 

I’m so happy to show you my two cards for today.  The cards are designed to show day and night. 

To make these cards, I used the stamp set So Mush Fun.  There are such pretty little mice and cute mushrooms in this set. 

Do you like visiting people? I really do. There’s a little story about a mouse making a visit which inspired my first card. 

I stamped the images using black ink and painted them with alcohol markers. Then I started working with the background. I made the clouds using a stencil and drew the grass with alcohol markers. I cut the background with a frame die and stuck it to the same place using a foam tape. I added a sentiment and some accents.

The second card is more romantic. A little mouse under the light of a firefly reads a book, not a simple book, but a romantic one …

 I also stamped the image in black ink and drew the firefly. Then I painted it with alcohol markers and the background was made with the help of alcoholic markers as well. Looking at the card, I realized that there was not enough magic. So I decided to add a bokeh effect. I really like the way it turned out!
