I Spy YNS Saturday – Cuteness Overload

This week we are sharing twice the I Spy with you.   We spied several creations by Rajni Chawla on Instagram and could not decide which one to showcase…we narrowed it down to two and you get to see both!

Rajni creates a bold card, long and thin and full of interest.  What a great layout.   The subtle background makes the words pop.   Talking about the words, the addition of the banana and leaves is genius and really helps create a scene for the monkey.  The Monkey Fun stamp set is truly FUN on this card!

Now on to one more, I mentioned that we could not decide which card to share…this one will make you smile!

This one features Sprinkes – Coffee and Tea with a water colored background and touches of flowers throughout.

You need to go check out Rajni’s IG gallery right now:  rajnichawla69.   There are more of these long cards and oh my, each is so cute!

I Spy YNS Saturday – A Mermaid

This week as we browsed the internet we came across a shaker card by Becky Lillibridge that made us smile!

Little Darling Mermaid takes center stage on Becky’s globe shaped card.   The sand and shells inside the shaker truly make this one authentic creation!   Becky keeps her card simple and reminiscent of the beach with jute and the white stamped sentiment over kraft card stock.   Wonderful!

Head on over to Becky’s Instagram Gallery beckynoelle to see more of her work!

I Spy YNS Saturday – Books

This past week we spied a book-filled creation by Kulbir Kirkland on Instagram where she goes by luv2papercraft.

What a fun card featuring the newly released set Silly Book Monsters!  Kulbir’s card is colorful and interesting without any patterned paper to be found.  Check out the embossed book panel that she created by stamping the bookshelf multiple times.   The gradient inking provides a spotlight for the book monster and the sentiment acts as the floor.

I Spy YNS Saturday – Snow

We are ending the year on a snowy note and sharing a creation we spied on Instagram by cards.by.auntie.biza.

The snowy scene with trees creates a great backdrop for the Believe in the Magic reindeer. Layering the circle over the snow repetition breaks up all the white and creates interest.   Wonderfully clean and CUTE!

I Spy YNS Saturday – Joy

This week we spied lovely CAS cards on Instagram by Virnna.

Virnna’s cards caught our eye with the gradient blue background combined with stars in the sky.  Such a lovely shade of blue.

The church in the center of each card is one of the dies from the Little Village set.   The sentiment underneath grounds the building.  Wonderfully simple cards that are vibrant and pretty!

I Spy YNS Saturday – Santa on his Way

Santa is on his way on today’s card spied on Instagram.  Well, not really Santa, but one of his helpers, Waddles the penguin!

Glorious Tsui-Mark created this darling Christmas card featuring the stamp set Santa’s Magical Sleigh.

Glorious’ card is colored up beautifully with the stamps popping against the light background.   The sequins work well as the snow.   And the vellum really softens the card.  Kudos!
