Sketch and Color Challenge #8

Happy Friday!

Are you ready for a new challenge? Challenge #8 starts today and we have a new sketch, new color challenge and new inspiration from the design team to go along with it!

Remember, play along and you may just be the winner of a gift certificate to the YNS store!!! Your Next Stamp’s Color and Sketch Challenge #8 is open for the next 2 weeks through March 5, 2015 midnight EST.

The circles are back and have multiplied for sketch #8! Remember, if circles are not your thing then swap ’em out for another shape. How about flowers, snowflakes, or clouds? Surprise us! Anything will do so long as the basic sketch is clearly your inspiration.

If it is colors you are looking for then we have a cheerful combination to inspire you!

If you choose the color combo, be sure to use at least 3 and feel free to add in neutrals. The names of the colors are based on Bazzill cardstock, but substitute whatever you have that is close to it.

I Spy YNS Saturday – Snow

Happy Valentine’s Day!

We are going to push all the hearts to the side for today’s I Spy YNS Saturday and we have a different shape to share with you today.

Warning, there is snow in the YNS forecast…

Okay, I know, in some parts of the world right now you may have received more snow than you ever want to see again. I would hate to throw more snow your way, but this one is of the paper variety, so hopefully you will not mind!

The card we spied this week contains a snowy scene. Check out this classy clean and simple creation by Laurie Tirone aka HamiltonGal! Wonderful with the additions of gems and dimensional snow (the best kind of snow)!

Happy FUN FRIDAY! Time for more inspiration for the latest challenge. The Your Next Stamp challenges are also know as Fun Friday challenges because they are FUN and each falls on a FRIDAY!

While out and about this week, we spied this Valentine with a touch of whimsy by HamiltonGal on SplitcoastStampers. The touches of black throughout really pull the card together – fun, fun, fun!
