Hi everyone! It’s Tricia here to share one of my favorite easy gift ideas… clear bags filled with goodies and tied with a tag. You can fill the bag with anything from handcrafted cards to store bought goodies tailored to the recipient, which makes it the most versatile gift ever!
My gift today is a K-cup of Peppermint Bark coffee (which is as good as it sounds!) and a Peppermint Bark candy bar presented in a matching mug, so I decided to stay with the theme and use the snowman mug from the Winter Wishes set, all dressed up in a peppermint-ish scarf.
To make the tag, I first stamped my image in Memento Black ink and colored it with Copics. Then I cut it out with the largest Bookmark/Tag die – using the rounded end on top rather than the end with the hole. I cut the tag off and used a decorative punch on the end. Then I embossed my greeting in white on some coordinating cardstock and added a mat and some extra elements from the same cardstock before adding some twine and gold cording.
