Every Friday I’ll be sharing awesome DT projects with you plus I just may throw in some fun facts, tips, techniques, prizes (yes, I said prizes) etc… so sit back, grab a yummy beverage and mark a reminder on your calendar to stop by here every Friday! 



First up is Peggy’s adorable card featuring the stamp Just Sitting Here. I love this funny little lady bug and that grass leaf is so fun to colour!!!

Last but certainly not least I have a little something fun to share with you…


I absolutely love Susan Liles fun little Susie Q-Tips she adds to her blog posts so I asked her if I could share this tip featuring Hula Hoop Fhiona with you for our Fun Friday! Enjoy!

SUSIE Q-TIP: To make hand-drawn grassy footing for some of my stamped images, I just take a few colors of my green Copics (3 here), and starting at the bottom where the “ground” would be, just make a few light swooshes upward with the brush-tip, picking up the pen as you go up. I do this lightly a few times with a lighter color first, then add a litle depth with a couple of darker shades. I like mine to look kind of uneven, and make the blades of grass a little shorter and sticking out on each side where the grass ends. Fhiona may need a lawnmower.
