Blog A Card in Progress
Hello everyone, my name is Irene Rhodes. I’m so happy to be back on the Your Next Stamp blog as a guest designer. Its been almost ten years and so much has changed, but my love for the Your Next Stamp brand has not. My husband retired on my 50th birthday and we moved from the beaches of Florida to the mountains of east Tennessee. My favorite style is still clean and simple, but I do love to throw in a fun surprise now and again.
In honor of Memorial Day in the United States, Irene made an easel card featuring the Flip Flop Fun die set. She used torn kraft card stock to create the beach. Each flip flop is tucked between the layers of paper sand to appear as if they are ‘stuck’ in the sand!
