Hi YNS fans! It’s Thanh here with Part 7 of the Organization series. I’ll be showing you a tour of my craft room with a detailed look of how I store my YNS stamps and dies. 

I’ll warn you that my room is still a work in progress; I recently moved into a new apartment in December and I’m still working out the details of how I want it set up, but I have a feeling that this is pretty much the layout you’ll see it in. Without further ado, let’s jump right in!

This is the left side of the craft room. From left to right, you’ll see how I stack my Copic markers, sprays, washi, ink pads, buttons and my ribbon tower. 

Jumping to the right side of the room, I have an Expedit shelf/desk combo from Ikea that contains all my paper, die cutting items and sewing machine. The middle area is the desk which I will get to in just a moment. 

Beside my Expedit sits an Alex shelving unit and then a cart (similar here) full of embellishments! On top of the cart, I have a magnetic board full of reminders and important things that are coming up. Also on the cart (on the bottom right corner of photo) are items I need to mail off. I’ve started to write to penpals and send off more snail mail lately so there’s a little “mail basket” there. My philosophy; out of sight, out of  mind. I make it so that I see all the important items. 

So here’s where all the magic happens, lol. You can see where I place my sewing machine and 6×6 paper pads on the right side. On my desk is an Antonius insert that I use as an “inspiration station” or for placing my current Design Team items. 

Here is a closer look at the items in the insert; YNS dies, stamps and gum drops. There’s also paper pads and tons of other embellishments in the insert.

Similar to Maureen, I use a labeler to label my dividers and Memorex cd envelope sleeves to store my dies. For die sets, I usually put them on a magnetic sheet so that I can see what individual ones are in each.
