I made a little something this week too! I was inspired by the colors in the cookies and by the round shape.
My shape card features one of the trees from the YNS Tree Trio die set and the adorable lady bug from the Critter Crew Set One. I think I’ll give this card to our friends who just announced they are expecting their first baby!
I have to tell you…Brandon (my 4 year old) and I had so much fun baking these cookies, they are really yummy and he was so excited to take one in his lunch today! CUTE! Thanks to Julie, I told him to tell his friends that he has unicorn poop in his lunch…he thought that was hilarious!

I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season, Brandon is over the top excited this year and has loved all the family and friend events these past few weeks. Now if we could just get some snow around here so we can build Frosty the Snowman plus my light up deer on the front lawn look so much nicer when the lawn is covered in snow :o)

ACK! It’s December 7th already!!!! Have you started your holiday shopping, baking, decorating, card making…need I go on? I have to admit that all these things truly excite me as I LOVE this time of year! Brandon (our little 4 year old) finally has accepted his new little elf on the shelf friend, who he as conveniently named Elf. Last year he was scared of Elf so he told us we had to send him back to Santa…so we put him the box and put him away in hopes that one day he would love his little Elf on the shelf. Well, that say came on Dec 1 2012 when Elf brought Brandon a new room!
We decided that he needed a fun place to play and a big boy bed, as Brandon would call it, more than a whole bunch of new toys so this is our special gift to him this holiday although I’m sure Santa will still have some presents under the tree come Dec 25th 😉
Brandon asked for the game Operation for Christmas and he told me that if Santa doesn’t bring it he’ll got to the store and buy it himself! LOL
Enough about my little Brandon let’s talk about YNS FUN Friday!!!!

I’ve unleashed the hounds YNS DT and have allowed them to pick their own project theme for the month of December. This should be a FUN and CREATIVE month!

I just love our new little birdie character we introduced to you yesterday, that little Robin so is stinkin’ CUTE!
Today we’ve got a peek at one of the new Cory Designs! His designs just make me so HAPPY!!!! I just want to squeeze the cheeks on this adorable little snowman!

Veronica’s peek card is so pretty! She’s used the new Fence Die along with the new Tree Trio Die set. Veronica has also used the YNS grass die and Autumn Greetings sentiment.
