Sketch and Color Challenge #13

Are you ready to try your luck with Challenge #13? Play along and you may just be the winner of a gift certificate to the YNS store!!! We always give you 2 challenges to pick from, so choose your favorite…will it be the sketch or color combo?

Your Next Stamp’s Color and Sketch Challenge #13 is open for the next 2 weeks through May 14, 2015 midnight EST.

Up first, the sketch…

If you use the sketch feel free to swap out shapes or rotate; so long as we can see the basic sketch was your inspiration. Check out what the design team did with the sketch below…a few decided to put the sketch on it’s side.

Or are the colors going to be lucky?

If you choose the color combo, be sure to use at least 3 colors and feel free to add in neutrals. The names of the colors are based on Bazzill cardstock, but substitute whatever you have that is close to it.

I Spy YNS Saturday – Sea Creatures

Have you been day dreaming about a vacation?

Thinking about swimming in the surf?

How about dreaming of a vacation spent with smiling sea creatures swimming by?

If yes, then today’s I Spy is sure to make you smile!

While out and about this week, we came across a wonderful wave filled card by Nancy of the blog “The Summers on 49th Street”. Nancy’s card features stamps from Sea Creatures Set One and Sea Creatures Sentiments. The inlaid waves create a great base for the two fabulously colored smiling sea creatures.

Today we are kicking off Challenge #12! That means if you are looking for some inspiration then we have it for you. There is a new sketch, a new color challenge and new creations from the design team!

Play along and you may just be the winner of a gift certificate to the YNS store!!! All paper crafting products are welcome, as are all paper crafted creations. That means don’t feel limited to just a card…perhaps there is a scrapbook layout in your future? Or how about a 3D creation?

I Spy a Truck

I Spy with my little eye a truck!

It is time for I Spy Your Next Stamp Saturday. This is our chance to put the crafty creations of Your Next Stamp’s customers in the spotlight.

While out and about this week we spied a colorful card by Kraftyaunt. What a fun scene featuring one of the trucks from Your Next Stamp’s Keep on Trucking stamp set.Such a bright and cheery card that combines quite a few stamp sets (some from other companies). Happy Friday! Challenge #11 is still going strong and we have more inspiration to share with you today.

Play along and you may just be the winner of a gift certificate to the YNS store!!! All paper crafting products are welcome, as are all types of paper crafted creations. Your Next Stamp’s Color and Sketch Challenge #11 is open through April 16, 2015 midnight EST.

So which will inspire you? The sketch or the color combo – we always give you 2 challenges to choose from.

Sketch #11 is full of different shapes, but don’t be afraid to swap shapes and rotate. So long as the basic sketch is clearly your inspiration you are good to go.

If it is colors you are looking for then we are challenging you to use oranges and greens this week.
